A weird Presidents Cup

It's been a weird Presidents Cup so far, IMO. For the Americans, most of them have played well, except for Dustin Johnson. Tiger actually played better yesterday in the fourball match that he lost than he did in the foursomes match that he won (Scott & Choi kind of "gifted" that match to Tiger & Johnson). He hit some really good putts yesterday that just didn't fall...but, 1-3 is still 1-3.

The "stars" for the Internationals (Day, Scott, Choi, Els, etc.) really let the team down yesterday while the younger guys like Kim & Ishikawa (both of whom struggled the first couple of days) really picked up their games yesterday and played great. Allenby has been a complete dud as a captain's pick (so much for his knowledge of Royal Melbourne). All those putts that used to go down for Tiger in clutch time just don't go down for him anymore. Couples is really fortunate that the rest of the US team is playing well and that the Internationals overall haven't played well, because he'd really be feeling the heat if the US were behind.
